They’re really on one.

Equal parts weird, sexy and fun, Overshare’s musical stylings transcend genre. Formed in 2020 in Dallas, TX, this eclectic four-piece, comprised of vocalist Eric Rosener, bassist Connor Cameron, guitarist Wil Farrier, and drummer Josh Montez, delivers garage rock with a sweet pop coating.

The band’s debut single “Flaws” features Eric delivering his signature rap-singing vocals over a groovy bass-line as he opens up about his bipolar disorder and “hypomanic super problems.” In “Prison,” he feels trapped in love, wanting to “escape when no one’s looking.” Since its genesis, Overshare has undergone a few lineup changes, originally launching as a duo consisting of Eric and Connor. But as a full band, their sibling-like dynamic and aural chemistry make for a bonding experience between the band and audience. The raw, unfiltered emotions in each song’s lyrics paired with fun, melodious instrumentals prove cathartic for both the band and the listeners. Three singles are currently available off their upcoming album "Overstimulated." The latest being the masculinity crisis that is "Cast Iron." The album is slated for a mid 2024 release.

In addition to the energy the band brings to their records, one cannot talk about Overshare without bringing up Eric's stage antics. Whether he is channeling his inner Iggy Pop, writhing on the stage floor in a dress, or flirting with performance art and eating real money during a show, there's always something to write home about after an Overshare show. One might even compare the live energy to mid-career Black Lips, the garage punk legends that have deeply inspired Overshare's approach to music.
